When they are completed, I will distribute them through the COU group (staff group, not student); please read that group if you are staff and take the new kit when it comes out. I am at the point of doing final editing on about 20 notecards, so it may be a couple of weeks. |
| 15:04 | Phrynne | The info kits are in three sections -- cards and items to give to people visiting Oxbridge, information that is staff-only, and information on foreign languages, other helping regions where other languages are spoken, and some Groups that are based in various languages. |

I am hoping that attendance will go up as we progress with this format into the year. I am looking at using one place each month instead of moving around from place to place. We have a slight surplus this time of the year and hope to increase that gain for future shortfalls. More specialized events will be done during the year. |
