I agree. I think it is a fantastic idea to have a class. While nothing is in the development stages yet, staff training is definitely something I am focused on. And so many good people have come to me this week wanting to help with the griefer situation. |

One of the needs is to get our staff to prioritize (individually and in working with each other) so as to not feel stressed or burn-out. Funding was a critical issue. Having classes and helpers is necessary, but beyond that moer is being done than had been for a while. Nothing in that is critical to where a week or two really matters. |

Phrynne and Josain have been doing some great work, along with many others of our staff. I hope to start a staff-wide Mutual Admiration Society in the near future. Hats more silly than the one given out when an avatar completes the Quest may be in the near future, to recognize some of you who put in work that no one seems to notice! |

I think we are moving in that direction and I think it is great. It will open channels to people possibly becoming more official, joining our community, and wanting to sponsor our place. |
