15:14	Tali Rosca	The Rose Hunt, for those who do not know, is an annual even where a rose is hidden in each sim in Caledon (more or less), and people go scouring the landscape for it.
15:14	Tali Rosca	-In fact, two, at two different times, to give both US and Euro residents a chance.
15:15	Tali Rosca	It's a good way to visit sims and take a closer look at them :-)

15:30	Larkylouz	I am not aware of any email that is needed to enter SL. They send emails encouraging one to try various activities, but no registration emails like some places.

15:33	Tali Rosca	But, well, it's not an issue I have heard any "general chatter" about, which is how we hear about such things.
15:33	Larkylouz	Like I say - one does not require an email or a creddit card number to join SL.

15:34	Larkylouz	SL does send a few emails out that advertise, but nothing that you have to click to verify your account or anything like that. I just erase them.

15:54	Wordsmith Jarvinen	Originally mesh was fitted to the "normal" skeleton, so it shaped to bone distances but not to avatar "volume". And because it shaped to bone distances, it wasn't stretchable (rigged mesh only).
