More advice...It's fun to jump back and forth between SL and your web browser. But if you got 20 tabs open on the browser, it may be why SL isn't running well. |

Ah, yes, ban lines. LL allows private owners to allow or disallow access to their land via using ban lines like that. It's generally somewhat obnoxious to deal with. Caledon doesn't allow them because they're generally unsightly and annoying to deal with |
