I know that Jorge is associated with the airships. He owns the CAT stations, I think. I don't know about the train. Some of the sims have their own ferries and other items that want to run me off the road on a regular basis. |

As for Caledon transportation, I think it's all a haphazard system of individual people caring for their pet project. That's why Da Guv's occasional re-arrangement of Caledon disrupts everything for a while. Including the Caledon Quest. |
