I'd guess that at least a 1/4 of the new folks I've talked to tell me they're returning. And another rather large group acts like rank newbies but have accounts several years old. |

I should have a bunch if I can dig up the passwords. Back when I ran NCI, I would regularly create a "mystery newbie" to see how people on staff helped when I was not there watching. Since then, I've also created new accounts to check out updates to the SL Orientation experience. |
