So in retrospect it is all starting to make more sense to me. |

Some folks have older rates, and I'll be basing my calculations off of that. It'll take 80% of a regions residents to vote in the affirmative for the change to even happen. One resident is one vote, no matter how much or how little land you have in the region. As for the regions, I will be taking suggestions based on how excited folks are for it. And if the vote doesn't pass, then we won't. |
